how would they be caught? they could just transfer the money across different accounts yea and my money would never come back?

Most poker sites, if not all of them, don't accept credit cards. EDIT: nos obviously doesnt live in the United States If the asker also does not live in the US, nos's answer might be more accurate for you.

gnrwar is COMPLETELY wrongall poker sites accept credit cards, its the most efficient way to play online poker as the cash appears in your account INSTANTLY. No they will get cought, because if you report it they will ahve your credit card number on file, if they find that someone has deposited the money into their poker account with a credit card with the same number as yours they will find it. Its all a matter of following bread crumbs.
